Terms of Use

1. The game

Bulldog Fantasy is a free-to-play fantasy football game covering the Premier Soccer League and other tournaments we may add. You build a squad, make transfers, and earn points based on how real players perform in real matches. It's a game of skill played for fun and bragging rights.

2. No gambling, no cash prizes

Bulldog Fantasy is completely free to play. There is no purchase required, no wagering, and no real-money prizes. Nothing on the Service is a betting or gambling product. Any prizes we may run from time to time (such as promotional giveaways) will be clearly described with their own rules.

3. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bulldog Fantasy. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account.
• Please use one account per person, and don't use anyone else's account without their permission.
• Tell us at info@bulldogfantasy.co.za if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

5. Fair play

To keep the game fair and enjoyable, you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or automated tools to play or scrape the Service;
• create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage;
• interfere with or try to break the Service, its security, or its servers;
• use the Service for anything unlawful; or
• post or share content that is offensive, abusive, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights (for example in team names, usernames or league chat).

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you create (such as team names and messages), but you give us permission to host, display and share it as part of running the Service. You're responsible for what you post, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Scores and match data

Points and results depend on live match data from third-party providers, and some events may be entered or confirmed manually. We do our best to keep scoring accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's always error-free or available on time, and we may correct scores if data changes. Our scoring decisions are final for the purposes of the game.

8. Availability

We work to keep Bulldog Fantasy running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may update, pause, or change parts of the Service, and we may add or remove features, at any time.

9. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, on any platform. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being misused. Where it's fair to do so, we'll give you notice.

10. Our brand and content

The Bulldog Fantasy name, logo, design and content belong to us, and you may not copy or use them without our permission. Club names, player names and competition names belong to their respective owners. Bulldog Fantasy is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Premier Soccer League or any club.

11. Liability

Because Bulldog Fantasy is provided free of charge, we provide it "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including from scoring errors, downtime, or content posted by other players. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can't be limited under South African law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and let you know in the app. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be dealt with by the South African courts.
